if you mean the noise, they are both higher ISO shots so that's why (3 exposures each). I personally don't mind it, a photo is not automatically "bad" just because it has noise in it (as many people seem to think these days).

Dude get off your high horse because I did not say it was a bad photo, the 7D at ISO1000 should be able to handle noise better than that, I think that is as a result of the HDR process, especially as its more prevalant in the clouds..........its easily fixable though
