Even though there's movement and blur, I still like these shots!..what other recourse would you have had? To throw them out?...no, not at all!.. these shots are damn good even with the blur, etc..
And, this also goes to prove that you have indeed improved the quality of the original shots by using HDR technology. It therefore makes looking at the photos much, much more interesting to look at, as compared to the original non hdr photos. Good Work!....So, now lets try to convince some of those hdr non believers that hdr is here to stay, blurs and all!.....

Gorgeous shots, sometimes the visual blurring from movement is what makes a shot even more beautiful. The ferris wheel and other rides blur especially makes it feel like a full night of fun encompassed in one shot.

It is one shot of both HDR, but you have to know that night shots are slow shutter speed, so that the movements and blur are there.
