Hey all,

I took these photos on my trip to Europe this summer through my university. They have a photo contest with roughly 200 entries, maximum of 2 entries per person. The subject is "Places", the only criteria being that the photo must clearly be an international location. I've narrowed it down to these as my favorites (in no particular order). My question is this:

1) What photo is your personal favorite?
2) What has the greatest chance of winning first prize?

Thanks for any input in advance!

#3 and #5 for me. You'd need to straighten the tower a bit but it's a solid shot that is easily identified as international.

Here are my thoughts, for what they're worth:
#1 is not all that international looking.
#4, 5 & 6 are beautiful scenes but not necessarily spectacular photos.
That leaves #2 & 3 which I really, really like. I can't pick. Love 'em both.:D

Please know that I'm NOT a professional photographer - nor even a good amature!:D My comments are always just from a consumer's point of view!;)

Probably #1. The blurry ones are too blurry. The Effiel Tower one is nice but it's not original enough. The other two don't have the wow factor which would win a competition.

My 2 cents,
I would have to say 4 is my favorite and also the favorite in a contest.
It kept my eyes moving around to look at every detail.

#1 and 4 are good ones to me, seems like places/photos the average photographer or snapshooter wouldn't get. Kind of dig the PP on the Eifel Tower (I know I butchered the spelling on that) too.

So mind sharing WHERE those were taken?

My gear list finally got too long to list under my sig.
