I take it you used the msn 202 with the Panny at 432mm? Such a small subject you'd expect it all in focus but I suppose magnification was too great.

Yeah the magnification is good but the closer you get the tighter the DOF.

Hiya Alby,

Thanks these are my favorite ickle ' Red Dots ' excellent shots all especially considering the DOF of these add-on's #1 is my favorite the detail is superb just in the right place, wicked !!!

I've been wondering how well the 202 would work on my Sigma 105 in place of the 250 that I've got

Cheers for now
Mark

I remembered you like these Mark :-D Not sure how your 105 would be with it. You would get a lot closer then the 250 though, I wouldn't part with the 250 though as you wouldn't get whole insects in shot.

Hiya Alby,

I just sorted the probs I was having with my 31mm EX Tube as I've not been able to use the full set yet, had a sticking pin which I've fixed :lol: hopefully I'll get a Tad closer now :D

I'll definately not be parting with the 250, once bitten twice shy as the saying goes.

I'm well surprised that Brian doesn't get these in his garden mind you he does get his fair share of other Critters eh ;)

Thanks again Alby

Cheers for now
