May 20, 2010 10:48 | #3152 The first one was at ISO 1600 the second was 3200.They turned out a lot better than I ever thought they would.The IS on this lens may be a 1st generation design but it did a great job.I have some taken at 1/120th at 400mm that turned out really good.

I shot for 3 days at the Chino Planes of Fame airshow in southern California. Got some great shots. I also used the 300, but really like the ability to crop with the zoom. Got several shots with the 300 that were too tight and cutoff a vital portion of the aircraft.
