No problem! I would seriously seriously hate to se images like that lay flat yet otherwise perfect. If you wanna know what something in PS is or have another question dont hesetate to PM me im always on after 230 nd more than willing to help you out, dont be shy lol

I just got the 100-400mm IS and yesterday was my first good weather opportunity to use it. I was at the Viera Wetlands in Brevard County, Florida. All shots were with Canon XT, ISO 200, handheld.
The first shot, the least bittern, is 400mm, F/6.3, 1/500.
The second, the heron, is 400mm, F/5.6, 1/800.
There will be a learning period for me with this lens, but I was pleased with the results.

I really like the last one i bet if you bumped iso to 400 and got the shutter up higher itd let that 400 realllly shine =)

Yes I was going to send my lens back after 3 days because I thought it was a bad copy.
I'm quite pleased with it now though, just takes a lot of getting use to.
Handheld at 400mm ISO200 1/400 F8, 100% crop with very light usm.

This is a mousedeer - fully grown is less than 1.5 foot long.
