Excellent Nick, where were the Puffins?

Thanks :)
The puffins were taken last Friday on the Farne Islands, just off the coast of Northumberland. If you can get there in the next couple of weeks I'd thoroughly recommend the trip :)

I gotta weigh in too: Awesome shots Nick! I couldn't begin to say which I liked better, all three are wonderful. The Tornado shot is incredibly cool though.

And I really like all your recent landscapes with it Robert. The variety of different kinds of shots show how amazingly versatile the 100-400mm is!

^photo kid: Wow! That takes my breath away. It's got everything: action, gorgeous golden hour light, dynamic composition, great color, and very sharp. Just excellent.

thanks David :)

Thanks both :)

The Tornado was at a recent airshow where it was putting on a role demo - so explosions going off all over the place. The cloud in the background is the remnant of one of the explosions which really helped the Tornado and afterburners stand out as the plane was being lit by the sun, which was out in force. It's a photo I'm really proud of, so I appreciate the positive comments, thank you :)
