I'm assuming you were using a tripod to be able to do that at 1/60th shutter speed.

Thanks very much. No tripod used on any of these. These were all shot handheld. Between the IS of the lens and on occasion the use of shake reduction in CS 2014, very little additional sharpening was used except the usual applied on reduction of image size.

Here is one more using the 100-400L on my 5D3 and then another shot for the heck of it using the lens mounted on my Sony a7r. That shot was manually focused as well as handheld.
