Took this today with my new 400D, its the best of the set I did, would liek your comments :)

Welcome to the forums! Overall, I'd say it's a nice composition, but it doesn't jump out at me in any particular way. Unfortunate that there was no interest in the sky at the time it was taken. I run into that a LOT here in sunny California. It's amazing what a couple of clouds in the sky will do to make a picture look so much better.
It just seems to me that it needs something else in PP, but I'm just not sure what. Sorry I'm not more help, but it definitely doesn't suck! :)

I totally agree with Cubix. Landscapes on an overcast day are a challenge.

I really like this shot. The only thing that I can see is that the reflection in the water is cut off.

Is it just me or is it just slightly tilted? I'm not to good at PS but I would try a B & W of this and adjust the levels to give the castle a little more "Pop" to it. I don't know of it would work here but I would give it a shot.

I would like to see this shot at ISO 100.

Invest in a polarizer and you may get a better sky.
