As promised a few pics from road atlanta. I had about 3,000 pictures to process and go through.

1/50th - handheld with 500mm f4

Two to five the focus is spot on and good panning, but I prefer to see the bike coming to to the picture, not going out as posted. The fourth shot is just about right.

Steve, these are trully awesome shots! Good panning technique. That motion blur really shows speed in these shots.

Love 4 & 5.... Really crisp :)
In 4 you can see the concentration in the guys eyes :)
In no 5 you can see the guys vain in his neck sticking out........ :lol:

Love the last 3, I was about to blame the softness of the previous ones on the MkIII til I looked at the exif and see you upped the shutter speed on the last ones. :)

Thanks everyone. I thought the first opne was pretty dang cool because the jumber plate and suzuk in small writing was in focus as i was tracking the bike at that spotand the rest is bluryy ass due tot he 1/50th of a second shutter. I am crazy like that i guess.

Number 1 is awesome. A little cropping and post processing and it would be absolutely incredible.
