hello - i need to get one of those cheap battery grips for my 20d - can anyone please tell me where i can get it from?

and if you must know, i need it so i can get my 20d to look like the 1D that's coming to me next weekend because i dont want my parents to know how much my girlfriend's spent on me! so i'm hoping i can use the 20d with grip so our family will just think that i'm still using my 20d with the new grip instead of the new 1D ;)

^^ 109??? that's not a copy - that's probably the real thing.
i found a cheap copy on ebay - i'll order it tomorrow. dont wanna get the real thing - no point when i probably wont be using it much when i get my 1D. i just really need to get one as a dummy to fool family that i'm using the 20d with the grip when i start using the 1D!

Have you ever watched "Blue Peter".
You tube probably have a video of the time they made a battery grip from two washing up liquid bottles, some stick backed plastic, and silver glitter.
Your parents wont know the difference...honest :-)

Have You Tube got a video where you paint your Sigma 70-300 off white to protect it from the Sun and have to paint 70-200 f/2.8 on it so as not to draw attention to it as it is a cheeper lens but looks nice :o

What's the big deal with your parents knowing how much money your girlfriend spends on you? It's not their money; it's her's and she has a right to spend it any way she wants.

I think it's going to be pretty hard to mask a 1d with a 20d+grip; it's like masking a dodge viper with a neon on viper tires, haha... i say you get rid of the 20d and say the 1d was the same price
