Found this guy in my garden and I am pretty sure that it is a Damselfly.

Thank you Skylab. I am not sure what type of Damsel this is. I will look into this Scarce Emerald and see if it could be. I just have not been able to get over it's eyes, love the coloring.

Thanks Dreamline, so far this is the closest that I have found. The main points that still have me questioning are the markings on the abdomen and pterothorax.
And while typing this up I think my searching might have paid off take a look here (external link) and tell me if you guys think that this could be a "Lyre-tipped Spreadwing" (Lestes unguiculatus).
