When you are using a flash on the 20d or 5d should you change the setting on the LCD to Flash or can you leave it on AWB. WOuld it make a difference if it were day time or night time:rolleyes:

If you are shooting RAW you can adjust WB all you want in PP. Doing it in the camera will only save you a little amount of time later on. If the main light source is the flash it doesn't matter if there is any other light, sun or otherwise. If you will have some mix of flash and ambient light the best bet would be to use a custom WB or shoot something like a graycard or WhiBal card and adjust in PP. Of course if you're shooting jpeg I'd shoot a white/gray card and use the custom WB from the start.
