Hey there, nothing special but thought id share seeing as we are getting out and about with our new 40D's.

This series was taken by my inexperienced sister in law ( as i was the guy on the right throwing my nephew up in the air)

I wasnt too sure what she'd get so I just flipped on sports mode and handed the camera over...

This is what came out - looks like as subject moved to centre of frame, in came the focus and seemed to track it down. It goes to servo in sports auto mode and im thinking maybe all focus points active?

Shot using 24-70 at almost full zoom 66mm (ff equiv of 107mm) and yeah not too bad for handing over cam and getting a shot.. even if it was aimed a little high.

Pretty sure shutter was held down for continuous shooting... so assuming around 1 sec worth of shots...?

Please no judgment on composition etc it wasnt me shooting !! :)

Please excuse big happy face... nah not really we were having a great time!

More to come this weekend with new 100-400:)
