As i posted in another thread yesterday my 40d arrived at my door monday, but my wife didnt have the money for the tax so it was put out for delivery today.
My wife was out all day so I had to have a day off work.
So I waited around and come 3.30 I thought I would give them a ring (I had checked the online tracking which said it was coming) and the lady on the phone said it would be with me before 5.
So 5 came and went I tried to ring the number again and they had closed at 5 so i found another number and rang them and was told that it wouldnt be with me as the driver had to be back at the depot at 6.
So I asked for someone from depot to ring me, which they did. They told me they couldnt find my house??? they had been here they day before. and if they driver had waited instead of rushing off my wife would have paid over the phone yesterday but he rushed off.
So I know im being fobbed off, the driver was obviously running late so just didnt bother delivery my package.
Im peed off as I took the day off (which isnt a massive problem) and peed off as they are lying to me.
Im currently sat here waiting for the manager to ring me back which im guessing he wont.
Perhaps tomorrow will be 40d day??

Sorry for my rant
Carl
