so i went out got a 40d.

read the many threads here such as
40d v 5d,
40d v 30d ,
40d v 400d ,
40d v 1dmk3,
40d v 1dn mk2,
40d v alien v predator (:rolleyes: ok i made that one up)

so lets have a thread where all the 40d's go up against each other to find the supreme champion 40d.

rules

must be a 40d.
thats it..

so post your 40d pictures to see what you guys can produce with your new tools.

Here's mine--handheld capture at 1/15 of a second. Image Stabilization IS your friend! ;)

ISO 800, f/16, 1/15", Canon 28-135mm F3.5-5.6 EF IS USM at 28mm.

this is a joke thread to counter all the above threads ie 30d v 40d. :rolleyes:

It is also a way of getting some very good 40d images in one place - so when some not very nice person says the 40d cant take good pictures (and there will be some ) we can go well see here..

so do you have a 40d ? . if so post some shots .. i would love to see the varied range that can be achieved by this new camera.

I agree. The lens and the skill involved are more important than the camera. Any of the shots posted so far could have been taken on a 20D or 30D - or many others for that matter.
