there is a short tutorial somewhere that changes photos so they have that 'jump out' effect.

I dont mean Out Of Bounds but livening up pictures.
The tutorial was a picture of a little girl, i was only on it yesterday or the day before from a link in another thread but have deleted all trace of it from my computer.can anyone help
