i cant believe i dont recognize the location just from looking at the picture.

It is right by BMCC...at West and Chambers st off the west side highway.

Ancient Chinese Secret of DUM LUCK!!! No in all seriousness there was a tiny break in the storm..I hopped out from under an overhang across the street and shot that.
