At this time, one extra step to process a RAW file: convert in DPP, save as TIFF and open in PS.

A) why would they give you PS when they have DPP?
B) there is still no RAW Codec for the 40D so Photoshop.
C) why are you announcing that you are going to steal a software?

The feds don't care. I worked for Nestle and at one point virtually all of the software we used... on a corporate level and with the full knowledge of Weller, the CEO... was pirated. Nestle negotiated with Microsoft and others and got legal eventually, but the feds never cared... just the software companies.

The feds might not care, but Adobe does, and you could potentially wind up with more trouble than it's worth. Besides that, it's simply not ethical.
