What are the odds... and the legalities...

What are the odds that an (internet based) company that sold me two EOS 20Ds for $.75 each will actually ship them???

... besides zip.

And what legalities apply to a company that quoted two EOS 20Ds for $1.50.... plus $25 for shipping... and confirmed the order?

The company is reputable and deals only with photo gear. Never mind how I feel about the situation, they stated their price, I accepted, they accepted, I paid.

Any thoughts??

i think that if you actually expected to get 2 working cameras for $26.50, you need to get your head examined :)

I'd be logging into my CC account and watching closely for unauthorized activity. If I saw any, I'd call the credit card company immediately and shut it down.

Somehow, I find using the term reputable in the same sentence as a $.75 20D laughable. Hopefully you didn't give them a credit card number.

I know there can be some great deals sometimes. Right place at the right time. For instance, my father just picked up a projector that when new was $150k for just $26.25. He got a great deal. Sometimes it works. But as others have said, watch your credit card. You got a link to this sale? What company was it with?

Are you going to sue them if they don't ship you the cameras? If so, it's likely to cost you a lot more than what they're worth.
