Found it Crawling in the hallway... Lost it under the heater.

I would have torn up the heater if it was a sac spider, or a female widow... These are not so bad.

they look nothing like the females, never seen one a male always tons of females around.

This one is typical of how a male looks, but their are males that are darker; it would be nearly identical to the female, with a red hour glass and all.. Only telling differences would be; Orange around the legs, about midway between the leg segments, a smaller abdomen and conspicuous palps. If you look at the leg span and carapace "thorax" they are nearly identical to the female.
