Tareq, the shots aren't crap, the lighting is pretty harsh but the good news is you can fix that by shooting with a diffused flash. Do a search for diffused flash on the board to get ideas on how to make one or buy one.

Thank you very much.
about diffused flash i read many things about this point, so i have omni-bounce stofen, and i have that mini softbox which i think it is not so good for many cases, and i don't know if that built-in white card of the flash will do the job, or should i buy another diffusing panels and so, i was thinking to buy a macro ring flash but i am sure i can get decent results with what i have already, i forgot to say that i have 42" Impact 5-in-1 reflector, so is it a good tool to use it? large for macro works, and what about off-shoe cord which i bought with the reflector as well, is it helpful or useful?
I will do more macro works in the future soon i hope when the weather is becoming much better.
