Advanced glider design ?

yes it was in my garden - just try watering some shrubs with a hose and you will find some
Lance I'd guess it was 15mm wing span- think pic 1 was about an 8 shot focus stack
Toby- can only say the first time I saw one of these it was perched in some dried stems and I only saw it when I directly disturbed it- that one was paler than this one.

I had to do a double take on shot 1 to work out which bit was the front end (cockpit?) and which was the back end (tailplane?). Great shots, and the stacks are flawless.

Man that is one weird moth!!! Another excellent series Brian.
