Definitely better than a shot of a car windscreen which I thought was the last thing most insects see before departing this world:D

Very nice lighting...very few/minor hot spots. Also good saturation.

thanx bobrock. i havnt quite found the best solution for diffusing my twinlight yet so there i do get a few hotspots but as soon as i find a good difuser WATCH OUT:D

Yeah...but the only VERY tiny burnouts are in very isolated spots, on the legs for example, where the body is probably a bit shiny anyway, so hard to avoid reflections altogether. I think you've done a remarkable job of keeping the light relatively flat as is. I've found that sometimes underexposing slightly and then opening up the midtones a little in PS or CR can help. But you don't need much help...very good shot. Let me know if you come up with any ideas on how to diffuse your light further...we can all benefit perhaps.

cheers bobrock i will do.

atm i am simply using paper towels(or hand towls i think depending on where u live) and they are ok but im going to try some lastics when i can get my hands on some in the future.

Sometimes they get curious and follow you around, but if one ever jumps on my lens -or me- I'll run away screaming like a little girl!! :oops:
