Hahaha these spiders are nothing to worry about. im sure they more scared of u than u are of them:p. even if they did get on you what are they going to do?

Hay! i know I've posted already on this but it is a lovely shot! i was going to say try using a milk bottle as a diffuser??? that is what i use and seems to work great!

A very nice shot Lance - as others have said, nice lighting, exposure and composition. I saw a very similar looking Jumping spider today myself, my 2nd one on 3 months. Only took the one image as I was being eaten alive by mozzies and keen to get away ;) It didn't turn out nowhere near as good as yours :(
