Delicate white houseplant flower (also ID please)

If someone knows what this indoor plant is, I would be very grateful if you could ID it for me please.

The plant was left in our conservatory when we moved in 18 months ago. It didnt flower last year and has just produced 3 flower stems which are beginning to open. They are beautiful delicate little white flowers which come from within curved wide deep green leaves, which are not unlike some species of orchid, but this is not an orchid.

Thanks very much, really appreciate you looking. It still has a way to go before its fully open yet, so hope to get some more pics as it progresses.

Thanks Mark - hopefully now its come back up to the top, some others will take a look and maybe come up with the ID for me.

Am hoping to get some more pics as the flower heads fully open. It seems to be quite slow on opening.

Just an update to this if anyone is interested. After much searching, I have finally ID'd it.

Its a: Haemanthus albiflos Jacq.

Family Amaryllidaceae (Amaryllis and Daffodil family)

Common name: Paint Brush Lily - powder puff

I dont normally bother if I dont know the name, but this one is particularly lovely and glad it was left here lol.
Its slowly opening even more each day, so am hoping to do it justice with some nice pics of it when its fully open.

Off you go to bed and sleep tight now lol.

Well, I had to wait until morning before the mystery was solved - have to use the weekend to catch up on my sleep now...

Looking forward to seeing the flower in all it's glory.

Good shot Linda, I took a shot today of some type of flower that had very similar looking Yellow stamen (I think that's what they call them).

Thanks Dave - yes, stamen is correct - this sort of flower head looks easy to photograph but not so lol.
