I saw this snake crossing the road. Any idea what kind of snake this is? I looked up common snakes found in Maryland, but this didn't seem to be on the list. As you can see the body is a grayish color with burgundy stripes that don't quite reach the dorsal region. Roughly 3 ft. in length. ~Spaceships Don't Come Equipped With Rear View Mirrors~
