Hello! I'm popping in cause I feel asleep with my daughter at 8:30 and woke up at 12:30 refreshed and energized. Oops! probably try to head back to bed fairly soon.

Krisin, it looks like you're enjoying the 30 mm. I'm jealous! I just got the 50 1.4 and that shallow DOF does take some getting used to.

Amanda - I haven't had much time to play with it yet...only a few minutes yesterday and haven't gotten that far today. I think I'm missing the focus point on the cat at 1.4...need to practice and experiment some more!

How are you doing at 1.4 on the 50? Does it seem like you are getting the right focus point?

Not sure what shade it's going to come out yet. It's up in the clip waiting to finish processing.

I am hoping for something kind of platinum. Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't and also I am considering dark highlights. Will see

I don't do anything with my hair...far too much effort, time and money for me!
