I never have shot anything like this before and didn't think I'd have this many keepers but I have TONS! 90 minute shoot and I took 300 shots. I'd say half are keepers, so maybe about 150.

150 keepers from 90 minutes? I only keep 300 from an 8 hour wedding! I could probably keep more, but the more you give the harder it is for the customer to decide for their album. Plus more photos often don't tell the story of their day much better.

For 90 minutes i'd cull to the 30 best images.

Maybe he has too much enthusiasm. That's hard to take in the morning ;) Or maybe it's because of the advertising thing. Either way David's a nice guy and i'd like to see him back, with a warning if necessary.

I think it was a Rick Rosen vs. David Jay thing. Deja vue for DJ:

The cool thing about the web is that you can trawl up the past. It's really very interesting. Now, I know there's at least one mod who keeps an eye on this thread, and I would really love to have a dialog with a mod about this. Trouble is there are 15 to choose from for PM'ing ;-)a

Good morning guys.

Re: David Jay - I think he was suspended for a while, but I'm almost positive he's back now.

Good morning! I've been up for over 2 hours now dealing with stuff. Early start since I can't breathe and my head is completely stuffed up. But I did take something so hopefully, back to working in about 30 minutes. I am now sipping warm water to see if that will ease the pain in my throat. Can't believe I start off the school year sick already.

Someone got banned? Wow. I'm working on the Albany meeting later today. Hope everyone is still excited about it.

Sorry to hear you're still sick, Suzy - it sounds horrible!

We've been at the bowling club (lawn bowls) with all the "boys" and just got a back a bit ago - which meant take out for dinner and now I feel all icky in the tummy...but it will pass.
