That really sucks, Luke! I hope you're wrong!

After thinking about things a little bit I'm revising my need for input:

Package 1:
2 5x7s
1 8x10
1 set 8 wallets
web gallery
print credit with minimum order

Is this a reasonable package? What's missing? Too much for package one? What should I add for Package Two? I'm not concerned with actual prices coz I'm pretty confident I can figure those out for my market and for what I want to get out of things, so I've removed the numbers.

Seems plenty reasonable to me. Here's my suggestions for package 2 and 3.

Package #2
2 8x10s
4 5x7s
16 Wallets
web gallery
print credit

Package #3
1 11x14 (or larger 2:3 ratio shot)
2 8x10s
4 5x7s
32 Wallets
Web gallery
print credit

Kristin - what's that package for?

You're giving an awful lot away.

That was exactly what I thought when I saw it! I'd love to see what you do with it so I hope she says yes! :)

OK, here's my package 1:
2 5x7s
1 8x10
1 set 8 wallets
web gallery
disk
$20 print credit with minimum $30 order
Total $100

A la carte options:
4x6 $2
5x7 $7
8x10 $16
8x12 $20
wallet set of 8 $18

Right track?

Kristin, your ala carts look good, but that package is way way to cheap...

either raise the price or take some thing out.

OK, forget the price of the package. I can set that based on local factors, I removed them in the next post ;).

But if there is too much in the lowest package, what should go, do you think? I'm really trying to get input on what to include in packages.

Jeff - sorry, didn't see. I got my first random booking generated by my business cards yesterday! So I'm doing a family/kid shoot Sunday afternoon and I'd like to have some packages organized for them to choose from.

oh I see... I have no idea of your market, but it really seems to cheap to me what you are offering.

I'd price it the following:

Package 1:
2 5x7s
1 8x10
1 set 8 wallets
web gallery
disk
$50 print credit with minimum $100 order
Total $300

A la carte options:
4x6 $5
5x7 $10
8x10 $20
8x12 $20
11x14 $45
16x20 $60
wallet set of 8 $20
Disk of all images $250
