That is sad. Nice to hear from him though?

I need to do something about our heating system before winter gets here. We have those old baseboard heaters and they cost a fortune to run!

We just put a preway (sp) in the basement and it will work until it gets REALLY cold..in our family room is a wood stove..it's alot of work, but I love it, I sit in 90 degrees when its -10 outside...nothing like it.

Kathy and anyone who is still around..

I have a choice..I can either get my 70-200, or..I can get my desktop (mac)

what shoudl I do? I'm really tossed, I 'm kinda scared of the whole mac thing, but want to go that route, I was going to wait until Dec, because I have nothing in Jan and Feb and I won't have alot of time to switch right now..but I could play around with it at times now till I slow down...

but then again, the lens? I dunno...

What would you do?

We had a wood stove for years and got rid of it for a pellet stove several years ago, now we removed the pellet stove too. Our intentions were to get another wood stove before this winter, but........

I would get the lens because I don't want a mac at this time.

Better yet, I would save the money for March and blow it at the tables!:D
