Thanks Amanda...hmm...I wonder how others do the numbers? If anyone knows..let me know...if not..Oh well..it is what it is...

If you are using the "attach" button when uploading an image you can't (that's the paper clip button). However if you upload your images to your site first or your blog or photo bucket or where ever you can use the [IMG] tags to put your images in there. This way you can add the numbers. For quick use it's the button that looks like a mountain and a moon (the square yellow one).

So if you're doing it that way it'd look like this

(no spaces in the square brackets -- and instead of seeing the link you'd see your image but I was just showing you a sample)

Ok - gotta go take a shower - played volleyball tonight but I wanted to make sure I checked in since I haven't been here in a while. Good night all. :)

haha, it's a good one, huh? That lens blew me away. All 5 24-70 lenses I've had... well... they are all really nice but didn't blow me away like the 17-55. Next lens on the blow-you-away list... the sigma 30 1.4. get it.

Glad to hear it Jen! I'm looking forward to mine - just a few weeks to go!

I'm thinking of using the 30 1.4 for the baby shoot I have next Friday, whatdaya think?

why not use it? It's awesome. Just be careful, it's too easy to get stuff OOF at 1.4. I find even a slight movement between focusing and releasing the shutter can easily put stuff out of the DOF on closeups. I have a lot of trouble with it myself. I have shaky weak hands/arms due to tendinitis.

I think I will use it...I haven't had a lot of chances to work with it so I'll be doing that this week before I have to do it for real ;) A little practice never hurts!

It's on the list ... but I think the 70-200 2.8 L is next. THEN the 30mm 1.4.

Dumbledore is gay? since when?

Amanda, I used to get it when I was younger and slimmer ;) but I don't get anyone throwing themselves at me anymore. I think sometimes people think that you must be about to hit the big time or something I call it "fame goggles" you coz people are cheering for you, some people think you;re cooler than you are!!! I'm a geek on stage as well ;)
