Are you loving the new lens, Jen? Mine will arrive at my friend's house on the 31st but I can't play with it until the 14th!! It's so hard to wait!!

Cujo - that'd be a nice chunk of change :D

Getting ready to ship my 17-55 to Canon for repair! The last shoot I did (last weekend), it really acted up throughout the event! But yay, it's less than a year old still under warranty!

It would be but if they win (they better win) I see it being split multiple ways but how many is questionable -- the amount won depends on how many people play and then how many win.

But for now, I'm going to get some nachos and watch the rest of the game. Talk to you all later.

Thanks,Liza!!

For those who have/have had little babies - do they do anything at this age? Like hold a rattle etc? Or are they just jelly more like newborns? I've not shot or spent time with bubs this age - the youngest I've done was 6 months (and I acquired my own kids when they were 2+ LOL)

They don't do a whole lot at that age and most can't sit up consistently. I like them when they're about 5 months old. So cute!

Cool. I'm figuring a lot of laying on the floor LOL

I'm a bit nervous as we're doing it at their house in a very small living room but I have some ideas. I'm practicing some stuff on our cats this week - I tried to get a baby doll from the store but no one in town has any! The cats aren't thrilled...

I looked up my daughter's stuff from when she was 3 months old ... she was rolling over, smiling, kicking toys held above her, chewing on her hands, chattering nonsense, sticking out her tongue and blowing raspberries.

Kiki, you could also put her IN stuff ... if you have cute baskets or flower pots or something, or a big round platter. I have a sheepskin that I love using for babies.

My kitties don't mind that but they're a bit over the whole camera thing really. At least I wasn't flashing them yesterday ;)

Good to hear she was animated - that opens up a lot of opportunities for cute faces at least!

The mom is making sure to have white towels and a white sheet etc ready to go for us. Have to give the baskets etc a thought - not sure what I have around or what they have. Great idea and I'll be keeping my eye open!

At that age, they don't really do anything BUT make cute faces!
