I re-edited this photo as it did not seem to have the warmth of the sun that the original scene did. What are your thoughts, did I over do it, or should I have even done it at all, or maybe something in between.

It is so tough for me to be my own critic.

Jim, that shot is absolutely BREATHTAKING.
I love both of them, but the warmer colors in 2 are better.

Edit: I looked at them again, and I don't know now. I think the top one makes it feel cold, and it looks cold, so it kinda fits.

'nuther question for you JPG subscribers. How do you find someone on there, if Athena, Kurt & Cat did not add me as a contact, I would not have been able to find them to do the same.

Yeah I at least knew to put the olive oil on them... they're not mush per sé but they're a little softer than they should be... They're still edible though. :) Thanks for the warning.

And for some reason the colors are back to being ok I think.. ? (Signature)

Nope. Gear is a different color from the other two blue words.

I spent about 4 hours in the darkroom today too.

Do you want to develop and print them?

I love the idea of the moonroof cam. Kudos to Curt, I will have to try that. :)

Just don't be moving too fast, I imagine bugs are a bugger to get off the lens.;)

It wouldn't be cost effective for you. :( As much as I would love to.
How many rolls did you take?

I am seriously looking into getting my darkroom set up. (Right now, I'm still using my professor's DR)
If and when that happens, I'll start buying supplies in bulk, then it would be fine...
but as it is right now, it would cost me about $40 a roll to develop and print (8x10s) and that's if I don't mess up on any of the prints.

Thanks for that Cat. I do know what you mean. I think I will pull a little of the magenta out on the colour balance. Mostly what I did was add colour to the orange, and the purple tone was a side result.

Jim I say the first one could be a bit warmer but the second may be too much for me. Kit's point about it actually being cold is a good point.
