My day will consist of changing alarm codes and the employee handbook so that when I let someone go next pay period everything will be set so that the vandalism they want to commit will be thwarted.

Ewwww, Crissa, not a fun, albeit necessary, part of the job.

For me it is global changes to all the customer masters. :rolleyes: One mistake to the formula and mass errors to customer masters. No pressure.

Are you terminating them because of the threat of vandalism, or are they unstable and you want to prevent any 'episodes' of them returning to their soon to be former employer to cause trouble, or is this SOP for anyone being terminated?
