don't let us disrupt your plans. Seriously. I realize it is last minute.

Oh, you aren't - I have been mulling this over since I looked at a map :-(

I got an HP DV6540 if I remember correctly. It has a 15,4" screen, so it's widescreen. I was keen on the Sony vaio, but it cost a bit too much. They didn't have this one in storage, so I got the demo ex for reduced price. Then I had to buy Norton and MS office as well, and being in a computer store I also got a small memorycard reader, as well as a mini external HD (4Gb). I kinda like the mini HD, it plugs in like a USB memory.

Gah, I am sitting outside here at school, watching the photo students take outdoor portraits --- faces in the shade... no flash, no reflectors... COME ON!!!

Well - not everyone can be an "A" student. Somebody out there has to hold down the bottom end of the curve. ;)

The first time I saw that, I think it was in a post from TD. I thought it was some kind of law enforcement stalker reference, and missed the completely obvious reading. . . :o

Mooooo everyone,

Just a quick drop in then I'm off to an Audubon Board meeting.

ah....I think that trash the dress shoot is this Sat. barring bad weather :D (I'll know more tomorrow morning)

Ooooh Coool! Are we invited still?

Permagrin wrote in post #4005891 (external link)
that one I was telling you guys about last spring. It was supposed to be at Loon Lake but we cancelled the camping trip (we were too busy). The couple (my aunt/uncle) who aren't much older than us, are celebrating their 20th anniversary and wanted a trash the dress shoot (she's one of those people who 20 years later can STILL wear her wedding dress!). They just bought motorcycles so we thought we'd do some shots out at WF w/the bikes and then maybe the downtown Corvallis fountain...we're still mulling other location ideas but WF is confirmed. We just haven't figured out where the "trashing" will occur.

My trip up north isn't set in stone...

I really didn't think the San Juans were as far north as they are. I thought they were across the sound from Seattle... but it is a 5-6 hour drive each way + ferry time... With homework load, etc - I am not sure how that will all workout. I WANT to do it - if I wasn't in school I would go up on Friday, camp, leave on Sunday - but an "up-shoot-back" in one day is tough...

I'm not going to be able to make it up north this time, darn it! It just won't work in a two day weekend for me right now and I can't spare the time at work.

That being said, I now have an open calendar this weekend.
