We do have fun, Lonnie!

And just to set the stage for everyone, we were hiking into a raptor migration site. We didn't realize 1. that it would be snowing and 2. that we'd have to hike in.

Scott hikes up ahead. A few minutes later he comes back and says in all seriousness, "You guys will never make it, it's steep and long."

Ironically, we had already made the decision to turn back. Didn't need any mountain rescues. Soon thereafter, Permie got the idea for this shot in her head.

:lol::lol:! Least he was frank :-D.

It was a tough hike going up - steep and long... I was having issues. And I was getting really warm!

You didn't know her in her prime.

I think every boy my age had the poster of her in that orangish/brown bathing suit.

I didn't want to mention it earlier, but does Puddle have a ginormous tumor on his rump roast? ;)

Yes. I recently had it removed. It was a 400ectomy.

I got to the point right where the trail started to go up steeply. Then I realized that I didn't want to die on that mountain today.

Yea.

I am considering summiting Mt. Hood sometime this year... or maybe just to the hogsback where you don't need cramp-ons.
