A couple more. I just love these amazing fall colors. I'm actually having to back the saturation off just a tad, they're so intense.

I'd print this...it's beautiful.

Don't make me the scapegoat for your lack of photographic prowess, you fibbing Meany Head!

The truth is he was playing with his camera while we were driving and he hit the shutter button accidentally.

Hehe don't make fun of that  That happened to me too in africa. On two occations I had my MKIII on my lap and we were driving on bumpy roads and the all of the sudden it fired off a burst. It turned out that it was the vertikal shutter that triggered it when the camera bumped around in my lap.

I missed these, Chris, in my attempt to broadcast the truth. Between rendering me unconscious, you took some very nice shots! I really like that first one a lot.

Possible impending shutter death. Post this up in the EOS section and see what the guys in there think.

Easily remedied by buying a 5D.

That's what TD would want you to believe. He's saying that I accidentally hit the battery grip's "Portrait" shutter release.

He's so delusional.;)

yeah I know. I had that problem when I tried to install the trial of CS3...it affected my elements program and when I uninstalled it messed everything up. I had to uninstall elements because of the cs3 hidden files...

try to install it now and see if that worked otherwise we'll have to see if there are any files it didn't show in the library/application support files...

nope still wont install *bashes head into wall*

Great shots Dan!

I don't live in Geneva anymore.. I'm between Zurich and Lucern (30 min from each ;-)a )

okay (don't panic ;) ), first see if it shows up on any other shots. I've seen banding like this before and usually it shows up on an underexposed shot...(I've had it a couple of times on perfectly fine cameras)...though your exif looks good. I wouldn't panic until I was positive it showed up on other shots. Sometimes it's electronic interference (or other variables). Sometimes there is something wrong with the camera...but if something is wrong, it shows up consistently. Or progressively more and more.

Thanks. I fell in love with it as well. That Boost preset as well as the Wedding Boost (believe it or not) that you guys talked about yesterday are really making them pop. Scott sent me the link last night. I love them.

LOL! The roads we were on yesterday were incredible. We tried to capture it, but I'm not sure we did. It was a liver-jiggling experience to say the least.

Thanks, Dan. I liked the contrast with the Lichen and the Red Leaves.

I've only got 7500 clicks on the camera

And I don't have the money for a 5D (or a 40D)
