Chris how did your AMI Stadium Shoot go?. I heard on the radio that there are some concerts planned for the stadium over the next few months, presumably the re-build will be a staged thing.

Can't wait to see what/if they do anything with Eden park. I would be happy if they completed North Harbour Stadium, massive carparking, new busways heading that way, just need to orgainise some light rail and its done. Eden Park sucks as a venue.

.

well they have to rip out the stand asap - but they have to leave the roof up for a concert in November. a retaining wall also has to be built for safety.

the next concert is bon jovi - the stand should be gone by then - but they have to build a 4 story high container wall to buffer sound.

My shoot was interesting - very bright and sunny here in chch for the last 3 days. so not ideal . I am going to start to compose some images now and grab a few more tomorrow. (may venture up to the lights )

bullsh*t, its Labour Weekend!

Cool, sounds like fun, what are you using for your time lapse stuff, I presume that is what the web cams are for.

Site access could be good, must check on the camera's, opps, there's a concert on, oh well, I wont be long!

Aren't the Police are playing down there soon as well?

webcams are to stream live and to NAS - also going to use this for time lapse - such as the setup for the container barrier - and the stage for the shows etc.

I t also gives the site some recorded images so when flectures say we could not do that because of this - we can then say hmm so whats this them etc.. ;)

if i get my way a i want night and day cameras. (cost about 2.5k each) then i can record the concerts and the rugby.. etc.. lol

Wow Matt, the Kohi Blaze one I like. A lot.

The other one, Kohi Night Shoot seems very noisy by comparison.

Cheers, Shane

Vignetting in the corners a tad distracting to me, aside from that not a bad shot but is missing something I can't put my finger on. Maybe it's the lack of any people?

Cheers, Shane.
