How about a "grab camera out of pocket and take shot whilst riding at 60kph?" photo.

question - apart from system file checker (which i have already tried though it didn't much like my XP cd because ive got SP2 now), what other methods can be used to check the dll cache for corrupt files and replace with good versions?

i've got a recurring error suddenly when i go to upload a photo, if i browse and choose view thumbnails so i can select the correct one, IE crashes and closes down

only google, otherwise no, i only have 2 plugins in the normal toolbar - the exact same ones ive had for 5 years (acrobat & snag-it screen capture)

but the problem isnt limited to ie, it happens in firefox too and that has no plugins or toolbars etc

when i get the browse dialog, i click 'view thumbnails' and it either crashes immediately, or it crashes when i choose one
