I will usually get their model # PBSD-2-46/50BB Proof Book which comes standard with enough inserts to hold 200 4x6 proofs, but I've been able to stuff about 228 into them.

I also have my studio name inscribed on the inside spine of the book. If they wish, I can have their name and date engraved on the outside cover. Albumsinc. will do all the engraving.

By the way what proofbook does everyone use? I have never offered a proofbook before but I have a customer that is willing to pay dearly for one. Thoughts?
