I don't think it's right that they used it without credit even, but I think if you don't want someone to take it, don't make it "public". I put my best images in a private album, so no one will find it when searching. Mac users swear by their computers. PC users swear at theirs.

Sep 17, 2007 22:21 | #3 I don't have it public anywhere, and the photos I've got of it on my website, is in a flash gallery with disabled right click, and it has a watermark on, and as you can see, the pic in the newspaper has no watermark!! I really don't know where they got it!?

Unless Danish law differs from US law, the copyright exists regardless of whether the photo's been registered - registering allows you to seek punitive as well as compensatory damages, but even an unregistered creation is eligible for compensatory damages.
