Cap Desrosiers is in eastern Québec. Sky wasn't the best but it's moody. I wish I would have been there at daybreak.

It looks like you did selective coloring, but it isn't and to me that keeps my attention a bit, i think it would have been a slightly better photo if you knocked the ISO down to 50 and let the exposure be like 2" or so. My .02

My .02 Oh yes, you're right... Didn't have the tripod with me though. jdizzle wrote in post #3959157 I think it's a nice shot. The one thing it needs is some punch in contrast and saturation. Have a go at it! I'm open to suggestions (and I still have a lot to learn in terms of PP). 5D - 17-40L, 70-200L f4, 50 f1.4, PowerShot A430

And you're right... the light was less than ideal... 5D - 17-40L, 70-200L f4, 50 f1.4, PowerShot A430

I hope you don't mind, I fiddled with it and had to resize it so I didn't loose too much of the work in SFW conversion. This is the way I see it...but its just my opinion, don't like it I'll take it off. -Sue (TSEE)

Sep 19, 2007 21:32 | #14 I like what you did with it TSEE. It has more "pop" and is nice to look at. Although the seaweed is much more saturated now than it was in real life... Even in my version it's a bit "too" red compared to what it was on site. TSEE wrote in post #3967177 A shame its in Canada or that would be on my lighthouse list, not sure I have the stamina to drive up to Canada and take lighthouse pictures! LOL And a long drive it is, considering you live in the middle of nowhere (see your profile) 5D - 17-40L, 70-200L f4, 50 f1.4, PowerShot A430
