Hi everyone unfortunately I've had a dissappointing customer service experience with albumsinc/toplflight. Albumsinc just bought them out. I spent around $410 and bought 7 albums, inserts, and black cd cases. I got everything EXCEPT 6 of the albums. I had ordered this from toplfight's website not knowing that they were in the middle of being bought out by albumsinc. I emailed customer service twice with no response
I call topfight which redirects me to albumsinc. I talk to someone there (albumsinc) that says they will check on the order for me and get back to me... no response from them. I call AGAIN this morning and they say topflight says the whole order shipped, so they give me the direct line for topflight and I call - they tell me I have to file a claim with UPS and then it will get resolved. They had no records indicating if my order was in one or 2 boxes. I called ups and they said that it was only one box so I call topflight back again and finally they say that they are shipping my 6 albums... errrr. I am really dissapointed with my customer service experience. I even explained that I"m a wedding photog and this is really delaying my turnaround time. I just don't think I should have gone through this many steps to get my order right. Anyone else with this experience?
Any other good proof album companies out there?
