They disconnected us like that about two months ago as well.

When I move out of home I'm going to get a voip phone and do it that way. Avoid Telstra all together.

Sounds like the way to go. Still cant believe they did that and that they sent two bills to the old old old old old address

Ah well, time for me to hit the hay. Have to get up ridiculously early (by my standards tomorrow) and then have to get up even earlier on friday to make it to indy before 8am on public transport, hah.

G'night folks

just realised that i hadn't posted any pictures from the weekend.. these are all directly straight out of camera (using feng's 24-70, mmm.. sexy). don't mind the file names, i was showing them to a friend so it made it easier to have her name.

crying kids make good subjects. at least taking a photo of him and showing him put a big grin on his face. the power of such a nice lens, i guess.

Hello all,

Just droping in to say hi, hope you all are going well.

On the weekend i rented a SIGMA EX HSM 120-300MM F2.8 lens from Kayell Qld Pty Ltd. It turns a lot of heads.

All up for the weekend costed $150. I got the lens to help tokk some photographs for a friends drama play. She payed $120.

mmm I'd love to hire out a lens if I needed it. Though the bond is usually inhibitive especially if you hire it as a cheaper alternative to buying one for yourself.

What did you think of the lens? This one I'm quite curious about for when I buy a tele zoom...

Yeah - my thoughts too.

After some "major sucking up" at the store, revenge would have been sweet!

Alright folks.... on the same idea..... is need some new tyres. 235/40 R18 what do you recommend??? Don't want to go over about $330 a corner for F&B. Bridgestone Potenza's are what are on there now and suited quite nicely. Got 40,000Km out of them which was surprising.

Greg, we had Bridgestone REO40 on previous car - supplied when car was new, and we got around 55k from the set. Was on a little Lexus IS200 so we (read I ;)) tended to give it some now and then. Pretty happy with that.

Not sure what's on current car (Can't be bothered to go down to garage and check :p) - RX330 -Bridgestones again, I think, and still going strong after almost 2 years and 27k.

Bottom line is, we replaced REO's with same on previous car when the time came.
