Does anyone here know if the Canon 100-400mm lens will fit in the Crumpler 6 Million Dollar Home?

3gb download limit Feng, that's crap, who you with and how much are they ripping you off by? TPG offer a ADSL 1 8000k plan, 20gb/20gb for $59/month. I'd go with my employer, ECN, but they're VERY expensive...at least I got a job, and got a freebie dialup account to boot ;)

Awesome to hear you got a job! :) I don't think you posted that news here did you? :D Where are they based?

Yes as Sam said, it's at my folks house in NZ... but it's a great plan I've just moved them to. $33.95 per month with no quota. Then you specify how much you want to download before being shaped at a cost of $1.02/GB. So... my folks would never use more than 3GB, but if we go home, we can crank it up to 20G or something. If they don't use the 3G cap (i.e. not shaped) then they only pay for what they use... i.e. 33.95 + 1.02/GB... they average about 800MB-1GB / month. ;)

Im pretty sure thats what it gets cut back to, it seems faster when its throttled than our old 512 connection was.

I think TPG's ADSL Premiums use 256/256 caps. 50G and 100G quotas. ;)

Yes, although the bag wouldn't close that well if the camera was attached to it. I just dragged it out to try and it would work best down either side. Gripped camera and 24-105 attached could go in the middle slot and kit or small prime in other side. With the camera in the middle closing it will be a bit tighter than normal but should work Velcro doesn't meet easily but the clip does up.

Hmmm that sounds familiar too. Will check the details on our plan later. Although last time we did that, we upgraded to the one we are on now ;)

Speaking of zoomy goodness, DDP have got their stuff together when it comes to deliveries! Ordered yesterday afternoon, delivered at 9:15 this morning. Impressive, to say the least!

Mkay, with the talk about internet connections and such, i have a question. For a while now, we have been having problems with our connection. It was dying more than 10 times a day and the router needed to be reset each time. Then we were getting some horrible noises through the phone.

Dad thought that the router had died so he went and bought a new one. That didnt help at all. Now, when the phone rings or we make a call, the connection dies and the router needs to be kicked in the guts again. We have gone and bought new line filters in the hope that it was the old ones causing the problem, but no.

We are both pretty stumped at this and the dodgy connection is getting beyond annoying
