I just found out that one of my core courses is full and i cant enroll in it. Kinda pointless offering a place in uni only to not have enough places in a class they have to do

As Dave said, you should just be able to pick it up next year (maybe even next semester if they offer it) and then delay some of your other courses a bit.
What is your main career objective post-uni? I'd say pick the one that is most relevant or most useful to that objective.
I have no main career objective
. To be honest, there are so many things I'd love to do that I'm mainly picking courses based on how interested in them I am and then I'll deal with that whole career thing a bit later once I work out what I want to do!
