The off camera flash thing at the party was so cool. And i was in my element so i didnt have any problems being at a party of people i didnt know. Just hoping to get invited along to a costume party or something next

All ripper shots, but that one in particular is very cool indeed. Strange looking beastie, wonder what it is...

Not too sure what the next meet will be. Need some ideas folks

And most macro lenses around 100mm are pretty even as far as IQ goes. Its just build quality and focus speed that separates them.

Anyways, on that note, im off to bed.

AWOTE = Average Wage Ordinary Time Earnings - it relates to the national average wage Aust-wide. In relation to the ad it probably indicates that it's equivalent pay of current AWOTE figures. Hang on - let me Google...

Yeah - it's around $1,100 per week, which relates to the upper end of the scale in the ad you quoted.

In plain English it means that the pay is equal (approx) to the national average pay.

Ahhh cheers. So it's like saying "award wage" or above award wage"

So I should look for OTE then?

Does anyone know what 'OTE' mean in regards to salary I think.

For example....

Assistant Store Manager
Salary $45,000 to $54,000 OTE!
Annual conferences for top performers- Hawaii, Bali, Couran Cove
Career Development Opportunities
Flexible working hours

On-target earnings.
