being at home, away from mt tamborine.. being there was so calm, i've already had like 6 arguments with my parents and i've been home for about an hour. i wish i could live there forever, with my friends, forever. life is so much easier to spend with people you actually get along with.

ah bum :|

but what are they arguing with you about? :| parents will always be parents. :|

I'm sure that burn hass healed up nicely by now, Helen.

I'm also sure the next time someone asks him to do that, he'll politely decline!

about the most stupid of things.. my reckless driving, the fact that i was talking to someone else while i was on the phone to them.. the fact that i didn't unload my gear as soon as i got home. that i took my camera up there. that i won't move from this room.

it's so stupid.

this'll sound cliche... but they're only doing it cos they love you, and want the best for you, and and and... bla bla blah :)

i realise it more and more as I grow up, parents getting older etc...

i guess. but the argument about me talking to other people while i was on the phone to them was stupid, they had no legitimate reason for complaining. it's all because my sister rang me, and she's partially deaf (i'm not being mean). i told her everything my mum had to know to pick me up, but she told my mum one hour and twenty minutes instead of just twenty minutes.

gah, it's really frustrating. i had to ask how much longer we would be and they got angry at me for that.

i really need to buy myself a coffee machine, or at least bribe my parents to. i don't think it will happen any time soon though, especially after all these arguments.

Sounds very familiar. Just like hayleys parents in a way. They grounded her for several weeks just for being home 5 minutes late thanks to the bus running late
