if you do sports photography, why not consider upgrading to a 30d? versus the 3fps on the 20d or 10d, it would make a significant difference. then again, i do agree with the that you should at least upgrade to a 20d.
The major differences in the 20D and 30D were the addition of spot metering, a larger LCD and a larger buffer (30 jpg vs. 23 jpg) on the 30D. Other than that, there wasn't much difference. The frame rate for both the 20D and the 30D is 5 fps.
